No they shouldn't. OPI is a professional product. If it is being sold in a drug store or anywhere other than a Salon then the product is being diverted illegally. You could spend more money on a diverted product that has been '; watered'; down. Still to getting professional products from professionals.Does anyone know if they sell OPI nail polish at Rite Aid?
I doubt it, OPI is usually only carried in nail salons or beauty supply stores, but Sally doesn't even carry Opi
IDK- they sell NYC so y wouldnt they sell OPI call them first
